I do a lot of HUD home work and was wondering if you noticed the rest of the incentives.. $2500 to buyers at closing for repairs and a larger commission for agents...

Drew - Yes, I am aware of the other incentives.   I am a lender and it is up to the agents to sell the homes.   I believe HUD permits up to a 5% commission and also the Bonus.   Thanks for dropping by.

Working in Akron, and living near Cleveland now.  I simply can't believe I do not hear more about this being used.  We've actually done a few loans for borrowers who initially wanted this program then backed out of the purchase.  This is the ultimate "starter" deal.  Good post....it needed to be said.
