This will be the first in a series of hearings Subcommittee Chairman Kucinich plans to hold looking at various issues afflicting urban America. Here James Rokakis, Treasurer for Cuyahoga County, Ohio, discusses the problems that such lending practices have caused for his community.

I helped him set up a program to initiate foreclosure preceedings on delinquent debt. I guess he switched sides of the fence.
